Why do you only take 5 clients per quarter?
Because we go all-in on every partnership. Most agencies spread thin across dozens of clients — that's how you end up with interns running your ads. We cap at 5 so every brand gets our A-team, full attention, and real results. Quality over quantity, every time.
What if I just want one service, like ads?
We don't do à la carte. Our system works because every piece — ads, funnels, CRM, AI, content — is connected. Pulling one lever without the others is how money gets wasted. You get the full machine or nothing.
How is your pricing structured?
We operate on a setup fee + monthly retainer + revenue-share model. The setup covers deployment of your full system in 30 days. The retainer covers ongoing management and optimization. And the revenue-share means we only win when you win. Exact numbers depend on your scope — we discuss pricing during the strategy call.
What industries do you work with?

How fast will I see results?
Phase 1 (Setup) takes 30 days — everything deployed. Phase 2 (Incubation) starts generating real data within 60 days. Phase 3 (Scale) is where compounding kicks in. Most clients see meaningful movement within 90 days. We've taken brands from zero to $1M/month in under 9 months.
What makes TPS different from other agencies?

Do you work with startups or early-stage businesses?
We work with businesses ready to scale — not businesses still figuring out product-market fit. If you have a proven offer, revenue coming in, and the ambition to dominate your category, we want to talk. If you're pre-revenue, we're not the right fit yet.
Is there a long-term contract?
Our initial engagement includes a setup phase (30 days) followed by a minimum retainer commitment. We're confident enough in our results that we don't need to lock you in with year-long contracts. The revenue-share model means we're incentivized to keep you growing.
What ad budget do I need?
We recommend a minimum of $5,000/month in ad spend to see meaningful results. Our most successful clients invest $20,000–$50,000+ monthly. The right budget depends on your market, margins, and growth goals — we'll discuss this during the strategy call.
How does the revenue-share model work?
We charge a percentage of the net marketing revenue we generate for you (revenue minus ad spend and our fees). This means our income is directly tied to your growth. If we don't perform, we don't get paid the performance component. It's the ultimate alignment of incentives.
Do you work in both English and French?
Absolutely. We're a Montreal-based team fluent in both English and French. All our campaigns, content, funnels, and communications are built bilingually when needed. We understand the Quebec market inside and out.
What if my application is denied?
Not every business is the right fit right now — and that's okay. If your application doesn't meet our current criteria, we'll tell you exactly why and what you'd need to change before reapplying. We're honest, not gatekeepers for the sake of it.
What happens if I want to cancel?
We have a straightforward exit process. You keep everything we built — your funnels, CRM setup, automations, creatives, and data. We don't hold your assets hostage. Our goal is to make you want to stay because of results, not because of a contract.
What platforms do you advertise on?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and TikTok. We choose platforms based on where your customers are, not based on what's trendy. Most clients run on 2–3 platforms simultaneously for maximum reach.
How do you report on results?
We build custom KPI dashboards that you can access 24/7 with real-time data — ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue. Plus automated weekly and monthly reports delivered to your inbox. No PDFs with screenshots. No black boxes. Full transparency, always.
