1. Program Description

9495-4872 Québec inc., doing business as TPS Digital Services(“TPS,” “we,” “us”), offers an SMS messaging program that delivers appointment reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, and promotional content to opted-in contacts.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, or by providing verbal or written consent during a booking or consultation, you expressly consent to receive text messages from TPS Digital Services.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS to use our website, submit an application, or receive our services.

You may also opt in by texting a designated keyword to our business number when available.

3. Message Types

Messages you may receive include:

  • Appointment reminders: confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls or meetings
  • Follow-ups: post-consultation check-ins and next-step communications
  • Service updates: project status, deliverable notifications, account updates
  • Promotional messages: offers, new services, events, and marketing content

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with TPS Digital Services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though actual frequency will depend on appointment scheduling, active projects, and your communication preferences.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. TPS Digital Services does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

6. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any text message from us
  • Email us at zack@tpsdigitalservices.com with the subject “SMS Opt-Out”
  • Contact us directly and request removal from our SMS list

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

8. Data Privacy & No Sharing

We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party.

Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the purposes described in this document. Opt-in data and consent records are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major Canadian and US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Compliance

Our SMS messaging program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
