A collectibles shop that wasn't really advertising became a $7.5M machine on the account we built for them. We have run it since March 2024 and we still do.

The challenge
When they came to us in March 2024 they had almost no paid media running at all. There was no account structure to inherit, no audience data, no retargeting, no creative library. Month one was $532 of spend and 13 orders.
The solution
We put cost caps on every scaling campaign in place of lowest cost bidding, built the audience and lookalike architecture off the purchase pixel, launched Advantage+ Shopping and funded segmented retargeting against checkout abandoners. We consolidated the ad sets into a structure that could actually exit learning, and we put three to five new creatives into test every week. We have reviewed the account with the client every two weeks since 2024.
The results
2024 closed at $42,415 spent against $567,691 tracked, a blended 13.38x. 2025 came in at $170,233 against $3,133,123 at 18.40x, so tracked revenue multiplied 5.5 times year over year while order volume tripled. Lifetime the account has spent $448,178 and tracked $7,541,136 across 11,720 orders at 16.83x. None of it happened in one jump.
